Unlimited Interviews

How casual conversations lead to interviews

Finding a new job, especially after leaving one you've loved, requires diving in and researching the opportunities available in your industry.

You might not be aware of all the options out there, so it's crucial to explore beyond what you already know.

Start by searching on Google, engaging with chat GPT, and speaking with your first-degree LinkedIn connections about various industries.

Then, reach out to people within your network or even make cold connections on LinkedIn to learn more about their experiences in those fields.

Instead of asking for a job right away, focus on conducting 15- to 40-minute informational interviews.

These conversations are an opportunity to discover others' journeys: what they love (and don't) about their company or industry and any emerging trends.

Taking this approach eases the pressure of finding a job immediately while gathering valuable information that may open doors later on.

As an added bonus, through these casual discussions, you could realize that you're well-suited for certain organizations.

In turn, your conversation partner might refer you directly to hiring managers or recruiters—setting up potential interviews for roles perfectly suited for you!
