Introducing talent reports, a cutting-edge tool exclusively available for our esteemed coaching clients at Black Executive Men, designed to unleash your full potential and drive remarkable outcomes.

It goes beyond your résumé and helps recruiters know the more valuable things about you, such as your impact statement, zone of genius, professional mission, personal story or narrative, elements around your thought leadership, and a myriad of other value-enhancing components that will make you stick out to recruiters, more so than a simple résumé with bullet points about how many hundreds of millions of dollars you were responsible for in your last role.

The reality is that most recruiters and hiring managers have little idea about the actual job that they are recruiting for.

Think about it: these are people with BAs who may have a Master's degree and have been focused on finding talent for the past five or ten years of their lives. Maybe even twenty.

They don’t have experience as corporate executives, and they do not have the mindset or direct experience to know what that job truly entails.

What they receive is a write-up on what the role's responsibilities are, and then they start sifting through the crowd to find ideal fits.

Typically, this is done with an ATS tracking system, which is why I tell you, guys, that if you were out there applying without using something like Jobscan.co, then you'd be shooting yourself in the foot and only have yourself to blame if you’re not getting the interviews you’re looking for.

But before we go any further, let’s clarify all the players involved in the recruitment game.

Sourcer. A sourcer is like a talent sleuth who uses different strategies, like online digging, networking, and reaching out, to find the right candidates for job openings and entice them to consider the opportunity.

Recruiter. A recruiter in a corporate setting is someone who helps companies find and hire the best candidates for job openings by actively sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential hires.

Headhunter: A headhunter, also known as an executive recruiter, is a specialized professional who actively seeks out and recruits highly qualified individuals for senior-level or specialized positions within companies, often targeting passive candidates who are not actively seeking job opportunities.

Talent poacher: A talent poacher, although not an official role or title, refers to individuals or organizations that actively target and attempt to recruit skilled employees from one company to work for another company, often by enticing them with better job offers or incentives.

Hiring manager: A hiring manager is the person within a company who leads the process of recruiting, evaluating, and selecting candidates for job positions.

Most brothers engage with these professionals using their resume or LinkedIn page alone and feel like in-demand “bosses” when recruiters contact them. However, these talent scouts are contacting everyone, so don’t feel too special.

You still need to be the best candidate to get the role they are offering, let alone your ideal role located somewhere in the hidden job market.

Having a talent report ready to go gives them a longer-format document that paints your value like no other document currently does.

Experience the unparalleled power of a talent report at Black Executive Men, a compelling and comprehensive document that showcases your unique value in a way no other can. Elevate your professional profile and leave a lasting impression with this impactful tool that sets you apart from the competition.

A talent report is something that virtually no other firm uses outside of Black Executive Men to highlight your skill set and your value, which will give you a strong competitive edge over your competitors.

Having a talent report is something that winners do in order to move forward in life. Because it’s a way of highlighting your value in bringing more value to the market.

If this is something that you want help with, me and my team will absolutely help you to do so today.
