Introducing BEM Peer Groups — Launching September

We’re elevating the $1,000 BEM membership experience.

Starting Thursday, September 4th at 3:00 PM ET, every BEM member will be placed into an exclusive, seniority-based Peer Group — 8 high-caliber corporate Black men at similar career stages who meet monthly for 90 minutes of confidential, high-trust conversation.

Your Peer Group is your private boardroom:

• A circle that knows you, your goals, and your wins.

• Where connections turn into deep, lasting relationships.

• Where you exchange strategies, solve challenges, and hold each other to the highest standard.

How it works:

• Peer Groups meet online, the first Thursday of every month at 3 PM ET.

• One master Zoom link will be provided — you’ll enter the main room, then head into your private breakout with your group.

• Groups are capped at 8 members for intimacy and impact.

• No late arrivals after the first 5 minutes.

Full group assignments, leader introductions, and your private Peer Group directory will be released in the weeks ahead.

This is the next level of BEM. We expect every $1K member to be present.

Dallas Global Dinner

BEM is taking a huge step forward and is hosting our first global gathering at the Dallas Global Dinner on October 15th.

Guys are flying in from California, Chicago, Tennessee, Florida, New York, Mexico, and Baton Rouge to attend.
