How F500 bro's spend more quality time with their kids, even if you work 70 hours a week and are close to burning out

The simple hack takes 10 minutes a day, but very few guys do it. If you want to reach the top of your game and have more family time, do this:

1. Journaling

Block off 10 minutes when you wake up or before you go to sleep to jot down all 50 (for example) work-related tasks.

2. Prioritize

Choose the most important items on that list and label them 1, 2, and 3 in order of importance.

3. Delete

Get rid of any activities you can eliminate or push back to save time.

4. Delegate

Send the other tasks to a colleague, your boss, or a subordinate if possible to save you time.

5. Strategize

Plan how you are going to tackle the remaining 1, 2, or 3 tasks so that your action is quick and communication is clear.

6. Schedule

Grab your phone calendar and write down the day and time you'll handle each item.

7. Continue

Move through the rest of your list, prioritizing and knocking out items until you finish.

Be consistent, and you only need 10 minutes a day for it to work.
It's time to take your life back with productivity hacks.
Your kids will thank you with their smiles.
