Leading an in-fucking-credible life is all about leading an awesome life where you continuously have peak experiences, even in everyday tasks like meetings and one-on-ones with subordinates.

The reality is that we have a choice: to live awesomely or let life pass us by while waiting for our dreams.

Here's the good news and the bad news: With a passive mentality, that dream life rarely arrives. But that's not what it's all about! Life is about deciding to embrace awesomeness now—something racism, bad bosses, or long work weeks can't take away from you because it’s rooted in your mindset, your choices, and your chosen reality.

When your mindset focuses on living an awesome life, opportunities appear everywhere: unexplored activities in your city like museums and theater shows; learning about nature; trying new cuisine at fine restaurants or hidden gems; reconnecting with amazing people from your past.

Mindset training may be overlooked, but it plays a crucial role since everything stems from it.

Take job seekers as an example: those with unshakable confidence land high-paying leadership roles, while easily defeated ones stay stuck or settle for lower-paying hustles that might not pan out.

Don't underestimate the power of mindset in determining success and whether you feel like (and become) a winner or loser.

Money is only one aspect of success; other factors include internal experiences with daily life.
