Come celebrate with the BEM PE network!
The BEM Private Equity Network touches down in Atlanta for the first time — in style, class, and legacy.
We’re bringing together the entire PE network for one of our largest and most anticipated events ever — a full reunion on November 12th, 6–9PM at ZuCot Gallery, the largest African-American–owned fine art gallery in the Southeast United States.
Expect a room filled with:
• GPs
• LPs
• PE lawyers
• PE accountants
• PE researchers
• Bank Presidents
• C-level execs
And our partners of all backgrounds coming together for elevating networking, hand-picked wines, and a friendship first mindset to move the BEM mission forward.
It’s time to unite, celebrate each other’s wins, and lock in the next big moves before year-end.
Jay Holmes and I want to meet every single one of you in person.
Whether you’re current PE Network members or interested in the PE sector…
Join us for a powerful night of toasts, speeches, wins, and meaningful business relationships that move the fund forward.
Early bird tickets are $100 for fast movers.
🎟️ Secure your spot now — prices go up to $150 soon
This is the night we start writing the next chapter. Don’t miss it
These Black Men Are Building The Financial Future

These Black Men Are Building the Financial Future
Inside BEM’s Spring 2025 Open Capital Social | New York City
Over 30 Black men—from Wall Street to global markets—gathered at Chelsea Walls Gallery for the Black Executive Men (BEM) Open Capital Social. With fine dining by Chef Woody St. Juste and wine poured on the hour, the atmosphere was rich with connection and purpose.
Featured Voices:
– Cusaj Thomas (Goodwin Procter): “In many rooms, I don’t see other Black men. Tonight, I’m surrounded by them—and they’re managing millions.”
– Calvin L. Butts Jr. (East Chop Capital): “We’re proving what’s possible.”
– Lawrence Bosley: Managing a $250B fund.
– Dr. Barry Braxton: “I have $6.5B to deploy—really, it’s $70B.”
The Vision:
BEM is building a $1 trillion capital network by 2050—helping 1,000 Black men each manage $1B in assets.
Founders Jewel Love and Jay Holmes:
“We’re not just creating fund managers. We’re creating a new game—where Black men get funded, and doors open both ways.”
This is what happens when Black men build together: capital grows, myths shatter, and futures get funded.

The Private Network for Corporate Black Men
You Don’t Join BEM. You’re Chosen.
BEM is a standard—reflected in how we move, lead, and shape every space we enter. This isn’t about image. It’s about substance—felt before it’s spoken.
We value legacy, intentionality, and excellence. From mid-level to C-suite, our members are Black men who’ve paid their dues and earned their place.
This is a private network for those who travel well, invest wisely, and move with quiet confidence. A community where culture meets strategy—and where presence is power.
Five new members joined just this past week. The momentum is real.
